A project grounded in the property
Good furniture starts with a more precise conversation
Some projects arrive with plans and a finish schedule; others begin with phone photographs. Both can progress well when the assumptions are made visible early.
The first message does not need to be technical
A sketch is welcome, but it is not compulsory. A clear brief, a measured room and timely answers at the approval stages usually reveal enough to separate the immediate need from ideas that can wait.
A short list of must-haves and nice-to-haves keeps the early conversation honest. It also gives the quotation somewhere sensible to flex.
The survey has a purpose
Older walls are rarely perfect and recent renovations can hide their own surprises. The measured visit records the useful irregularities, not merely the largest number on each wall.
